Ingredients:
- 500 gr. scallops, cleaned and very well drained
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt & pepper
- ½ lemon, its juice and zest
Preparation:
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan over medium to high heat.
- Sauté the scallops for 2 minutes on each side.
- Add the crushed garlic. With a spoon pour some of the olive oil-butter sauce over the scallops while they are cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice and zest.
