Get your coffee and recharge with the traditional flaounes (find the recipe here). Prepare these in advance, since it is customary to bake them on Holy Thursday or Holy Saturday. Depending on whether you enjoy them for breakfast or brunch, match this delicious Cypriot traditional dish with a glass of Thaleró sweet wine from Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades.
For the main meal of the day, we have decided to suggest some of the traditional favourites!
