Ingredients:
- 2-3 tomatoes, cubed
- 2-3 cucumbers, chopped
- 1 large pepper, any colour you prefer, chopped
- 1 red onion, cut in rings
- Feta cheese, cubed
- Black or green olives
- 3 tsp. capers
For the dressing:
- 2-3 tbsps olive oil
- 2-3 tbsps red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp. dried mint
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
To serve:
- Greek or Cypriot pita bread
Preparation:
- Chop up all your ingredients and place them in a bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the dressing to your salad and mix.
- Serve with Greek or Cypriot pita bread and a glass of rosé wine Rodámbelo by Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades!
