Ingredients:
- 1 pack of pappardelle pasta
- 650 gr. of sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 250 gr. of whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation:
- Heat the olive oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat. Then, add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
- In another bowl, mix the cream, pepper and salt and pour the mixture into the pan.
- Cook until the mixture thickens.
- According to the package instructions, boil the pasta, strain, and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
