The excellent Greek variety Assyrtiko, uniquely adapted to the slopes of Omodos, gives us a special white wine, the ASSYRTIKO of Oenou Yi Winery.
After careful sorting, the fruits of the variety were collected from the elite vineyard of the Oenou Yi Winery and bottled in a very small number of bottles.
Its color is bright pale yellow, with greenish highlights. Nose intense, complex, typical of the variety, dominated by citrus and peach aromas. Its greasy mouthfeel is accompanied by a refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is long and explosive.
