Ingredients:
- 450 gr. pork neck steak
- 450 gr. pancetta
- 4 shots “Oenou Yi” Zivania
- 2 shots of balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 red peppers, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the pork neck and the pancetta into very small pieces.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat and add the olive oil.
- Sauté the meat over very high heat, stirring often until well cooked.
- When the pork is half cooked, add the red pepper.
- When the meat is cooked, add the zivania.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Let the food boil for 2 minutes, garnish with coriander and serve alongside a frozen bottle of “Oenou Yi” Zivania.
