On Sunday mornings dedicate some time to take care of your loved ones. Prepare some delicious crêpes accompanied by the preservative-free hawthorn jam from Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades. *
Ingredients:
- 300 gr. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 350 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsps olive oil
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients to a mixer and mix well.
- Put a non-stick pan on low heat.
- With a serving spoon, scoop a dose of the mixture in the pan.
- Let each side cook for a few minutes, and then turn it over.
- Serve with hawthorn jam by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades!
