Simple and delicious, this chicken breast with fresh rosemary doesn’t leave room for complaints! Try it for lunch or dinner and don’t forget to accompany it with a glass of Playiá White Dry by Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- ½ a kilo of chicken breasts
- 1 glass of Playiá White Dry
- 1 tbsp. Forest Honey Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- ½ cup vegetable broth
- 2-3 fresh springs of rosemary
Preparation:
- Put the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it in the pan to brown all over.
- Once the chicken breasts are about half baked, pour the white wine and wait for it to evaporate.
- Add the honey, mustard, vegetable broth and the rosemary.
- Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer and set.
- Serve next to a glass of Playiá White Dry by Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades.
