Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 35 gr. flour
- 250 gr. dark chocolate
- 60 gr. sugar
- 15 gr. butter
- 40 gr. cocoa
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 170οC.
- In a bain-marie add the chocolate and butter and stir until well combined.
- Add the sugar and eggs to the bowl and mix.
- Add the cocoa and flour and mix.
- Divide the mixture in heart-shaped tins.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the brownies to cool
- Serve the brownies with vanilla ice cream on top, next to a glass of sweet Commandaria wine by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades.
