A dessert is almost obligatory to end the night! Our award-winning Commandaria is the ultimate partner to a chocolate dessert. We recommend these chocolate brownies topped with vanilla ice cream to end the night in the most romantic and classic way possible!


Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 35 gr. flour
  • 250 gr. dark chocolate
  • 60 gr. sugar
  • 15 gr. butter
  • 40 gr. cocoa
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven at 170οC.
  2. In a bain-marie add the chocolate and butter and stir until well combined.
  3. Add the sugar and eggs to the bowl and mix.
  4. Add the cocoa and flour and mix.
  5. Divide the mixture in heart-shaped tins.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let the brownies to cool
  8. Serve the brownies with vanilla ice cream on top, next to a glass of sweet Commandaria wine by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades.
