Relax and wind down during the hot summer nights (or days!) with these refreshing rosé wine cocktails. Use our Rodambelo and Playia Rosé Dry wines to prepare yourselves little treasures in a glass! Cheers!

1. Frozen watermelon
Ingredients (serves 1):
• 30 ml Rodambelo
• 30 ml vodka
• 30 ml fresh watermelon juice
• Ice
• Watermelon wedges and mint, to garnish
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice.
2. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with watermelon wedge and mint.
2. Pink lemon garden
Ingredients (serves 1):
• 2 dashes simple syrup
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 30 ml gin
• Ice
• 30 ml Playia Rosé Dry
• 60 ml champagne
Preparation:
1. Combine simple syrup, lemon juice, and gin in a shaker with ice.
2. Strain into a champagne flute then top with Playia Rosé Dry and champagne.
3. Pink mimosa
Ingredients (makes 8):
Syrup:
• ¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup water
Cocktail:
• 1 bottle Rodambelo
• ½ bottle prosecco
• 8 rosemary sprigs, to garnish
Preparation:
1. In a small saucepan bring the sugar and water to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes until dissolved.
2. Cool and mix in the Rodambelo, then freeze in a loaf pan, breaking up occasionally until frozen solid.
3. Process in batches in a food processor until smooth, then freeze again until firm.
4. Scoop into coupe glasses and top off with prosecco.
5. Garnish with rosemary and serve.
4. Rosé Spritzer
Ingredients (makes 1):
• 90 ml Rodambelo
• 15 ml simple syrup
• 2 strawberries, halved
• 1 lemon wheel
• 1 bottle soda
• Strawberry and mint sprigs, to garnish
Preparation:
1. Gently muddle the strawberries and lemon wheel in a stemless wineglass so the juices and flavor are released.
2. Add the simple syrup and Rodambelo.
3. Fill the glass with ice and top with a splash of soda.
4. Garnish the spritzer with a strawberry and a mint spring.
5. Rosé Sangria
Ingredients (makes 1 pitcher):
• 1 bottle Playia Rosé Dry
• 1 ½ cups elderflower syrup
• 1 pack raspberries
• 6 lemon wheels
• 6 grapefruit slices
• 1 bottle soda
Preparation:
1. Combine Playia Rosé Dry, elderflower syrup, raspberries, lemon wheels, and grapefruit slices into a pitcher, and refrigerate for one hour.
2. Pour into wine glasses over ice, and top with soda.
