Pente Lithária, the new red dry wine, created from the indigenous red varieties Mavro and Lefkada, is the new wine of the Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades wine cellar. Its name derives from the homonymous viticultural area of Omodos, Pente Litharia, the place where it was born.
It is characterized by a deep red colour with violet highlights. On the nose one recognizes complex aromas that evokes red fruits, spices and vanilla notes. This full-bodied and oily wine displays a balanced mouth with gentle tanins ending up in long lasting aftertaste that persists.
