Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades’ Commandaria has added yet another gold medal to its quiver of success! Our Commandaria was the only wine to win a gold medal among the Cypriot entries in the 21st Thessaloniki International Wine and Spirits Competition, which took place on 19-21 October 2021.
Under the chairmanship of Master of Wine Konstantinos Lazarakis, the competition committee aims to highlight and promote branded Greek wine and spirits, encouraging the participation of wines and spirits from around the world.
Renowned tasters from Greece and abroad, oenologists, winemakers, Master of Wine, Master Sommelier and wine and spirits journalists taste and evaluate wines and spirits from around the world during a three-day tasting in Thessaloniki.
