Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades Zivania has won a Cypriot Product Promotion Award for 2020 in the largest gastronomic institution of Cyprus, the Cyprus Eating Awards, organised by Check In.
Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades winery, with respect to tradition and history, created the traditional Cypriot Zivania from the ancient Greek process of distillation. The marcs of the indigenous Xinisteri and Mavro varieties are fermented at controlled temperatures and distilled in a modern distiller, resulting in a clean and pure product of the highest quality.
