“Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades” winery was awarded six medals and a special distinction at the distinguished 20th Thessaloniki Wine & Spirits Competition.
The 20th Thessaloniki Wine & Spirits Competition was held from 25 until 27 February 2020, hosting 944 entries.
“Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades” was awarded:
- Pente Litharia – Silver & Special Distinction for dry, single-varietal wine, from the the Xinisteri variety
- Commandaria – Bronze
- Playia Red – Bronze
- Red Melody – Bronze
- Playia White – Bronze
- Geroklima – Bronze
Appreciating the high quality of the competing samples, tasters have, in the past two years, awarded seven medals in total to “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades” winery, supporting and highlighting the indigenous varieties of Cyprus.
